Your password will be the same as your current password used to sign into your device
Next, click on the 'Security' tab in the left menu:
Click the 'Reset Password' option towards the top
You will have an option to reset your password from your designated Operating System, or through the User Portal. We recommend doing this through the user portal to keep things simple.
Proceed with changing your password.
Your device password will now be updated. The next time you sign into your computer, you can login using this updated password. Be sure to add JumpCloud to your password manager to reflect this new password. We recommend restarting your device after updating your password to ensure you can login without issue.
