Troubleshooting HubSpot Search Issues
Clear Cache & Cookie Data for HubSpot Specifically:
- Close all HubSpot tabs in all Google Chrome windows.
- Launch a new HubSpot window.
- On the top bar menu of Chrome, click the icon in between the Refresh button and the URL for the website:

- From the drop down menu, click 'Cookies and site data'

- Click the option on the bottom for 'Manage on-device site data'

- The pop up will display the site data for the currently visited site, HubSpot. Click the Trash can icon to delete each cookie associated with HubSpot.
- Other websites with associations to HubSpot, such as Aircall, may be listed below the primary cookies in a section called 'Data from embedded sites'. These can be deleted as well or left alone.

- A prompt will appear notifying you to reload the page. Refresh the page and then sign back in to HubSpot.
- Try searching for a company or client to verify the search feature is working. The results should populate and be returned faster as well.
